An interesting thought, all this this seems a bit more like a swag bag to me. And I wonder if there’s not a sort of “afterthought” feel here — “Congrats on your degree. Oh, and since you’re done with that, here’s some stuff that will maybe help you make a living. Good luck.”

But I can’t really get a clear sense of the content, so maybe I’m selling it short.

I thought they did this last year, but I couldn’t find it anywhere in my archives. What they really ought to do is give these tools to students when they *start* school, and teach them for the next couple of years how to use them.
